A portable signal-hijacker or high-yield spray tech, an encrypted data-drive full of propaganda, a breather mask to obscure your face, and rugged street clothes.
Special Ability:
Subliminal Messaging: You have a -1 step bonus to Leadership-Inspire or Deception-Bluff checks when you use your art to incite a crowd, cause a public distraction, or rapidly sway public opinion.
Tendencies (Pick 2):
- The Calling Card: Leave a recognizable piece of your art or propaganda at the scene of a mission, intentionally drawing attention to yourself and risking immediate discovery.
- The Agitator: Openly provoke authority figures or corporate security, using the resulting chaos to make a political point even if it jeopardizes the current operation.
