This skill enables a character to improve his familiarity with the

inner workings of a particular organization or geographical area.

Unlike other specialties, it must be purchased separately for each

organization or area (e.g., Street Knowledge—Alpha Colony or

Street Knowledge—The Void Syndicate).

A character needs to buy this specialty twice in order to become

familiar with how things get done in a specific interstellar

organization or interstellar trade union.
