Bluff (PER)
Bluff is the talent for misleading or deceiving through false bravado, outright lies, or displaying extreme confidence. It is the ability to make another character believe something that isn’t true.
Results
- Critical Failure: Bluff is seen through; target becomes Hostile or Combative.
- Failure: Patter is considered annoying and condescending.
- Ordinary: Bluff works for the immediate scene.
- Good: Target’s attitude improves by one grade for d8+1 time units.
- Amazing: Target’s attitude improves by two grades for d12+2 time units.
Results Description Ordinary Success indicates that the bluff works for the scene. Good Success indicates that the target’s attitude improves by one grade. Amazing Success indicates that the target’s attitude improves by two grades.
